This year we spent the 4th of July in Driggs, Idaho. It’s our first 4th here, and the area really celebrates our nation’s birthday. The day started with a parade in Victor, Idaho. For a town that only has around 1,900 residents, they put on quite a parade!
Later we attended a cookout at Huntsman Springs. It’s a development with houses, golf course and country club created by Jon Huntsman. The place is beautiful and has incredible amenities, but the most amazing thing about it is that all of the proceeds from the homes and club go to support the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
After seeing Driggs in person, there is no doubt in my mind that your family did not have a fabulous 4th of July. So happy for you. I love the photo of the skiers on asphalt!!!
Fun shots, your firework ones are beautiful!
Sometimes those small town celebrations are the best
They sure have fun in their parades! Small town really know how to celebrate! Great photos – thanks for sharing your day! (When I saw the first photo, I thought this was going to be the Horses/Humans theme! You surprised me!)
Looks like a nice time was had by all. Skiing on asphalt??? Gary
Lots to remember. I loved seeing the horse and riders. The fireworks shots are
great.
